* All inclusions should be packed carefully in their own bag/envelope. Even if its going into the same bead. * Only send inclusions you are comfortable with parting with. Due to the nature of the purchase, you may not receive all unused inclusions back. E.g some milk may spill, some fur may fly, some pieces will need to be redone if the first pour did not cure properly. What is in good condition and viable will however be returned to you.

* Please carefully pack ashes in a small container, then seal it in a ziplock bag. * 1/2 teaspoon of fine ash per item.

Special Note: All Ashes are treated with love and respect here at My Memory Beads. We have our own customs and practices when we go to them pick them up, while they wait to be worked on, while we work on them and when we pack them up to be shipped back to you.

When you find that perfect piece of jewellery, you'll likely want to wear it every day. Every jewellery metal has different properties and requires different levels of care. When it comes to both silver plated and sterling silver jewelry, it is no different. The care you take to maintain them means the longer they will last.
Tarnishing of sterling silver is a natural effect and cannot be fully avoided.
We currently offer: 304 Stainless Steel, 925 Silver Plated Copper and 925 Sterling Silver/Vermeil.
1. 304 Stainless Steel
A low nickel steel used in surgical instruments, and other medical equipment. Hypoallergenic, this won't tarnish or rust. Great for people with nickle allergies.
2. 925 Silver Plated | Copper While not as popular as the 925 Sterling Silver option, with all plated pieces, the plate will come off. But with care the base hardware will last for years. Can tarnish if not worn, and will just need some light polishing with a polishing cloth.
2. 925 Sterling Silver
The most popular option for keepsake beads. With care this choice of hardware will last for lifetimes. Can tarnish if not worn, and will just need some light polishing with a polishing cloth.
3. 925 Sterling Silver Gold Vermeil (Plated) | Rose Gold Vermeil (Plated) These are fun to have but with all plated pieces, the plate will come off. With care the base of 925 Sterling Silver will last for lifetimes. Can tarnish if not worn, and will just need some light polishing with a polishing cloth.
Simple Care Tips:
Remove during household chores: Substances with additional sulfur like household cleaners, chlorinated water, perspiration, and rubber will accelerate corrosion and tarnish.
Keep out of direct sunlight: Sunlight can cause silver to tarnish as well.
Before you hit the beach or pool, be sure to remove your silver jewelry.
Put your jewelry on last: For decades, women have been putting their jewelry on last and for good reason. Lotions, makeup, hair spray and perfumes will accelerate tarnishing.
Place chalk/silica packs/anti-tarnish cloth in your jewellery box: They will absorb moisture and help prevent tarnishing.

Our Design Meetings (for the moment) are on Facebook or Instagram or WhatsApp. And will be text/photos only. We do not do calls.
For those who don't need a meeting/don't want one - please ask us for other options. We have email as well as questionnaire options as well!
Each purchase comes with a 30 minutes chat/photo session. and this is when we will discuss the available personalisation per keepsake. Please note:
If you do not show after 15 minutes that meeting is canceled out of respect for the next client slot.
We only allow for 1 no-show/ last-minute cancellation. We will send you a questionnaire to fill out if you you last-minute cancel on your 2nd meeting.
If you need additional time, that will be up to the discretion of your beadsmith.
Calls | Face-to-Face Meetings
Design meetings are online chat & photos only. We do not offer phone calls or in-person meetings. This is how we keep our prices low. For cases that insist on calls/in-person meetings, this will be on a case-by-case basis and there will be a charge of this from RM1,000 onwards.
All our beads are able to be personalised with the available inclusions we offer. We may have seasonal inclusions not listed in our charts, but we'll be sure to share them with you when they become available during your design meeting with us.
Please note that should you require more customisation on your bead design, you may have to upgrade your purchase to a Custom piece. Prices start at RM200. What personalisation entails: You will be able to choose your decor inclusions but it will be up to our BeadSmith to put it together.

While we don't condem other businesses, and alot of our quick-and-fun purchases are budget-based, we do however advise you to shop around and do your own research if you only have limited quantities of your DNA inclusions/cremation ashes available. We've had many cases of distraught customers using up their last remaining milk, placenta, umbilical cords, fur and loved ones ashes on purchases that ended up rotting, growing mold, breaking or falling apart on them.
And, while we have performed miracles in helping to mend, fix, and even repurposing some of these items, unfortunately in most cases - alot of these items can not be saved. Especially those that have rotted or molded - as the mold within would be toxic to work on or wear.
Not all resin and preservation processes are created equal, and that's generally the case when it comes to pricing.
DNA inclusions and fatty substances like breastmilk need to be properly treated to last. They have to be able to stand up to heat, humidity and UV rays.

Milk Beads Here we choose not bleach your milk (unless requested). Through our preservation techniques and preservation materials, we are able to bring out the natural glow and pigmentation of your milk. Here we choose to help to boost your milk's natural colour. Cheap preservation materials means your milk bead may change its colour, mold and rot within your piece.

We do not use easily available commercial resin DIY crafters can purchase online. We use our own blend of high grade jewellery resin that cannot be commercially bought in Malaysia.

Yes, we do! With our expedited service, your keepsake will be completed and shipped within 2 weeks. To ensure we meet this timeline, please make sure all inclusions (like ashes, hair, breast milk, etc.) reach us before the 14-day period begins. If we receive them late, we won’t be able to guarantee the expedited turnaround time. Thank you for understanding!
