​Just remember that each piece you purchase gets you an online design meeting with a beadsmith,
where you will discuss how to personalise it. Stuck for ideas? Don't worry, we'll discuss this during your design meeting.
3. PURCHASE YOUR ITEM

4. SET UP YOUR ONLINE MEETING WITH US

After your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately

You'll also receive a Welcome Email (within 24 hours) with instructions on setting up your online meeting with your Beadsmith.

Choose a date and time you prefer and if the slot is open, its yours!

Your Design Meeting will be text and photos. Choose to have it on Instagram, Facebook or on our website via the chat box.
5. PACK YOUR INCLUSIONS & SEND THEM OFF

The sooner we receive your inclusions, the sooner we get to work on your keepsake.

6. DELIVERY

After we receive your inclusions work will begin.

It takes about 4 - 6 weeks after your design meeting to receive your parcel.

We'll be dropping you messages throughout the process to keep you updated on the status of your order.

Once ready, we will ship out your parcel and send you tracking details.
